If you feed too much corn, you chickens may get too fat and their condition will fall back with a strong decline in the number of eggs. Garvo 714 Growing Hen Pellets A steady development is very important to prevent the laying of eggs too early, 714 Growing Hen Pellets ensures an equal growth and an optimally developed hen. When the hens start laying eggs it is at the expense of their mass, and perhaps even of the colour of their combs and legs. Garvo 703 White Feathers In a lot of Garvo poultry feeds carotene has been added to achieve a better yolk or leg colour. Until now all Garvo poultry feeds contain carotene-rich maize. This carotene may cause discoloration of white-feathered breeds or other bright feathered birds which have a tendency to turn yellow. Especially for white-feathered poultry Garvo have developed 703 White Feathers pellets – totally free of carotene but it will still give the same shiny feather quality as other Garvo poultry feeds.
